Join or renew your AAI membership for 2020 to be eligible for the member discount on your meeting registration. You must be a member PRIOR to registering for the meeting. If you become a member AFTER you have registered, there is no refund of the difference in the member vs. nonmember registration fee. If you have questions about your membership status or need to make changes to your name, please email members@aai.org.
Your registration fee covers entrance to scientific sessions and exhibits, admission to the Opening Night Welcome Reception, and one copy of the IMMUNOLOGY 2020™ Meeting Guide, which includes a detailed, pull-out Program-at-a-Glance. You may purchase an Abstract Book, a Scientific Program Book, tickets to a Roundtable, and Gala tickets when registering.

Graduate Student Registration
Graduate student members may register at any time and are eligible for a significantly reduced registration fee. Graduate student nonmembers may register on-site only with a current student ID.
Please Note: Postdoctoral fellows, hospital residents, interns and senior laboratory technicians do not qualify as students and must pay the full member/nonmember registration rate.
High School Teacher, High School Student Registration
High school teachers and high school students (age 13 and older) are eligible for complimentary registration to the meeting. Participants must register on-site only. Registrations will not be accepted in advance. To receive complimentary registration, please bring a teacher/student ID card or a letter signed by your department head, research advisors, principal, or teacher. We request that high school students be accompanied by a registered adult at all times. Appropriate behavior by all students is required.
NIH and Other Federal Government Employees Registration
Employees of the federal government who have applied to their agencies for approval to attend IMMUNOLOGY 2020™ but have not received approval by the early registration deadline should contact meetings@aai.org for assistance. Please include in your email your full name, registration category (member, nonmember, or student), agency/institute, and the date of your approval request.
Post Undergraduate Registration
Recent college graduates (up to three (3) years post graduation) who are not enrolled in graduate school or further undergraduate education, may register at the discounted rated o $225 (in advance only – can’t register onsite) by submitting a letter from their employer to meetings@aai.org. This letter must include the date of graduation, institution, confirmation of employment in a lab, and position held in the lab.
Undergraduate Student Registration
Undergraduate students may register on-site for a discounted registration fee. A student ID or letter signed by your department head, research advisors, principal, or teacher will be required in order to register.

Letters of Invitation
For security purposes, letters of invitation will be sent only to individuals who are registered for the meeting. Once your registration is complete, there will be a link in your email confirmation to download a letter of invitation.
Refunds
If you need to cancel, you may transfer your registration to a colleague or you may request a refund. Request for refunds (less a $75 processing fee) will be accepted until April 8, 2020. After that date and time, no refunds will be issued. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing, including the registrant’s confirmation number.
